Colette Nelson, M.S.,R.D., CDE

Colette Nelson is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in
Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She also has a minor
in dance for Michigan State University. She was awarded her pro-card
in bodybuilding in 2004 by winning the Team Universe, North American
and became the only American Female Bodybuilder to win the overall at
the WORLD Universe Championships.

Colette has also been a featured fitness & nutrition personality
on Fox 5 News, MSNBC, and other shows such as Inside Edition and A& E.
Colette currently works part-time as the chief nutritionist at an HIV
clinic. She also works with insurance and pharmaceutical companies
educating people on food and drug interactions.
